In many church schools, proving regular church attendance is a key part of the admissions process. Keeping track of this is an arduous task, and is either time consuming or costly. We worked with our local diocese to create a system to alleviate this issue.
Our system is a simple photo-based attendance system that uses a military grade encryption algorithm that keeps all of the data secure. It makes it easy for churches to log and verify family attendance in a way that schools recognise and trust.
How does it work?
Each church has access to their own secure, encrypted attendance system. The attendee can register with the church using just their name, email, and photo. The attendee then receives a QR code that they can use to check in and out of church services.
The church can then verify the attendance with the QR code and photo. The church can then download the attendance records in a format that is easy for them to fill out the SIF form.

It is accurate and easy to use by recording attendance verifying your photo with just by scanning your personal QR code. The attendance is the recorded at that church at that precsise time. Attendees can request their attendance records at any time.
Secure
It uses a highly secure encryption military grade algorithm that keeps data secure. The photo is stored on the church's secure server and is not shared with any third parties. The QR code is unique to each attendee and can only be used at that church.
